I am an engineer at heart.
I want to take knowledge, experience, and science and use them to make people’s lives fundamentally better. Just like any geek I love mechanisms and gadgets and what they can do. But I also write about customer service and business interaction because I care about the ways that people interact with systems. Those systems can be a store, a website, or a phone center.
I currently live in Boston and am employed in higher education working to improve information technology.
