Grandma Walker's Blueberry Muffins

  • l/2 cup butter
  • l 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 cups blueberries (fresh or frozen)

Cream butter and sugar. Beat in eggs.
Add dry ingredients, alternating with milk.
Stir in berries.
Spoon into foil mufffin cups in muffin baking pan.
Sprinkle with sugar.
Bake 30 min at 375. Makes about 24 muffins.

These freeze well.
